With the Presidential race coming into its final stretch in the United States most Americans are too busy cheer leading for their candidate of choice to realize that their entire way of life died at the end of last week without even a whimper.
Think I jest?
Last Friday the 2015 United Nations Paris Climate Agreement became international law and with that the death knell of capitalism rang out in thunderous silence.
The Secretary of the United Nations, Ban-Ki moon, hailed the historic globalist happening with praise by stating that we’ve “made history in humankind’s efforts to combat climate change“. But the former United Nations Executive Secretary of the UN Climate Change Secretariat, Christina Figueres, was much closer to the mark when she celebrated the date as the day “197 governments unanimously decided to intentionally change the course of the global economy“.
That is exactly what the Paris Climate Agreement does. Change the course of the global economy by forcing countries to destroy capitalism and replace it with a green, more sustainable version of socialism.
In January of 2016, while speaking at an event on human rights, Christina Figueres explained that the Paris Climate Agreement would help in bringing about the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. She then emphasized that “the speed at which those goals are implemented will determine whether we will really be able to address the threat of climate change“. Woven into those Sustainable Development Goals is the playbook to destroy capitalism by forcing nations to install the pillars of socialism: government healthcare, universal employment, universal education, and wealth redistribution. The plan to instigate those goals is known as Agenda 21.
While the UN Sustainable Development Goals are voluntary, the Paris Climate Agreement is now legally binding and therefore enforceable in court. The catch is that the only way to reach the ambitious carbon reduction goals in the Paris Climate Agreement is for every nation to adopt the UN Sustainable Development Goals. That is how capitalism dies.
But don’t worry. The green glob of socialism isn’t going to come barging through the door or ooze through your air conditioning vent tomorrow. Instead it will quietly install itself piece by piece for years without you ever really noticing until it’s too late. And because the deadline for this fundamental transformation into a sustainable socialist society is 2030, you can continue to enjoy your capitalism and limited freedom for maybe another 14 years. If you’re lucky.
So go out there and enjoy your capitalism while you still can but be sure to record it for posterity. Because if the globalist Progressives like Hillary and Obama have their way, when you mention the word capitalism to your great grandchildren they will just stare at you with a blank, inquisitive face and say, “Capitalism…what’s that?”
